We offer a 30-day return window for all new items. For used or floor-model gear, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, provided the items are returned in the same condition they were purchased.

Can I request a specific drumhead tuning before my kit ships?

Absolutely. Our in-house technicians can pre-tune your kit to your specifications (e.g., jazz high-tension or rock low-thump) for a small additional service fee.
